How do we work with the platonic solids?
We hold them to ourselves, or place on clients, to bring balance to dis-ease. We are made of the elements and bringing them into balance, harmony, vibration, and with themselves in relationship is very healing. They are very balancing when ill in any way.
The Merkabah contains all the five platonic solids. The Merkabah is considered a vehicle for connecting the earth to the divine. “Mer” means light, “Ka” means spirit, and “Ba” means body.
Holding the platonic solids helps you to honor your body, mind, and spirit.
